The Concept: > In botany, the Calyx is the green armor that guards the bud through the frost. In antiquity, the Calix is the vessel that holds the sacred.

The Scent: > Created on the cusp of the vernal shift (Feb 27), CALYX is the olfactive study of a transition. It opens with the cold, structural snap of Violet Leaf and Freesia... the protective shell. As it warms on the skin, the "husk" breaks, releasing a pressurized heart of Tulip and Magnolia.

Wrapped in the woven warmth of Cashmere Woods and Sandalwood, it is the scent of life persisting beneath the surface. The armor and the bloom, held in a single vessel.
